Up and Over Garage Door Opener

Functional introduction:
1 Remote control: the users can operate the garage door opener to move up and down and stop by remote control transmitter.
2 Rebound meeting with obstacle: when door meets with obstacle during the closing
run, the motor will stop and rebound to the top. The drag can be adjusted.
3 Stop meeting with obstacle: when door meets with obstacle during the open run,
the motor will stop. In order to make sure the door running normally, the maximum
elevating power had been set in software.
4 Automatic time-lapse lighting: when the door is opened, it can be lighting automatically, but the lighting will be out in 3 minutes. 
5 Functions of soft-operation and soft-stop: it adopts soft-operation and soft-stop
technology namely slow-fast-slow running mode. It can slow up the impact force
in opening and closing run. So the door plank and the opener can be protected well
and the service life of the motor is much longer.
6 Electronic limit: it adopts the control mode that combine the mechanical reference
point with the electronic limit to control the journey. It has the characteristic
of memory and auto-modify the journey. You could not set the limit spacing
manually. 
7 Infrared sensor protection: when the door is equipped with infrared detector, it
can realize the function of springing back when it meets obstacle. 
8 It locks automatically when it is out of power. When out of power, the door still can be locked in arbitrary location after the clutch is disengaged.
